My Holistic Approach

I work in an integrative way, combining person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, offering grounding techniques, breathing practices, and mind–body awareness. This supports you to process experiences, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools to manage everyday challenges. By recognising the connection between mind, body, and environment, this approach can support lasting change, improved wellbeing, and a greater sense of connection to yourself and others.

Person-Centred Therapy

This supportive, client-led approach offers a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I work with empathy, authenticity, supporting you to feel heard, understood, and accepted while you find your own answers.

Psychodynamic Therapy

This approach explores how past experiences, often from childhood, can influence your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Gently identifying patterns that may be outside of your awareness, you can gain deeper insight into recurring challenges and begin to create meaningful and lasting change.
